All digital products, including CPACC study materials, practice questions, study cards, audio content, ebooks, templates, and other downloadable or digital resources, are provided for individual, personal use only.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your personal educational and professional development.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload, publish, or otherwise make our products available to others without written permission from Accessibility Fun, LLC.
Unauthorized distribution or use of our materials may result in termination of access and/or legal action.
2. No Refunds
Because our products are primarily digital and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and refunds are generally not provided.
Accessibility Fun, LLC may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. A refund granted in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar situations.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Our CPACC study materials and other educational products are designed to support learning and preparation. They do not guarantee that you will pass the CPACC examination, obtain a job, receive a promotion, increase your income, obtain clients, or achieve any particular professional outcome.
Individual results vary based on factors including preparation, experience, qualifications, and circumstances outside of our control.
Accessibility Fun, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organization that administers the CPACC examination (IAAP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
